Westwind Days specializes in custom digital designs and stationery. Almost all of our items are fully customizable (color, font, wording, size, etc.) and can be adapted to an invitation, announcement, save the date...you name it.
All of our designs are printables. You are buying the digital file only.
Our turnaround time is super quick! You'll receive your digital proof shortly after payment is made and we receive your information, usually within 48 hours. Once you OK your proof, you'll receive an email with your high resolution digital file.
We strive for happy customers and will work with you to make revisions (within reason) until you are 100% satisfied.

Payment
Currently we are only accepting PayPal as a method of payment. Payment must be made immediately. After 1 full day, if payment has not been received, I will cancel the sale and relist the item with no further notice to you. Digital proofs for all designs will not be provided until payment has not been received.
Shipping
At this time, all of our items for sale are digital files. That means that once we have worked out all of the details, I will email you the finished product as a high quality, high resolution, digital file. These files may be printed by you at home on your home printer, at a copy shop or through a photo processing lab. Therefore, all of our "shipping" is done via email.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product (digital files), we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, etc. However, we will work with you on making revisions (within reason) until you are 100% satisfied.

All files (unless specified in the listing) are sent as JPGs. If you prefer another file format (PDF, PNG, TFF) please let me know.
Coordinating Thank You cards, address labels, stickers, table numbers, etc. are available for every item. Please email me for more information.
ALL OF OUR LISTINGS ARE FOR DIGITAL FILES ONLY. You will not receive printed stationery. By purchasing our digital files, you are free to have them printed as many times as you'd like. However, please do not share these files with your friends, reproduce/change in any way or re-sell any of our files. Our files can be printed on your home printer or you can take them to any photo lab/copy center to be printed. Some suggestions are Staples, Walgreens, Target, Ritz, Sam's Club, etc.
